How can I play against an online player?
There are 2 ways for playing against online players: Menu ＞ Play ＞ Online match Home ＞ Online match By tapping the “Online match” button, you will automatically start a game with a waiting online player.
How can I play against a friend?
For playing a game with a friend you have to tap the “Versus Friend” button. Menu ＞ Play ＞ Versus Friend Then, you have to enter your friend’s game code or give yours to your friends to enter it. A game between you and your friend will start. Please note that the game code is different each time.
What happens when my time bar expires?
If your time bar expires before you choose your card and validate your choice, you lose the game. Furthermore, it is considered as a withdrawal and you will lose 5XP.
I lost my internet connection during a game with an online player, what happens?
When you lose your internet connection during an online match, the server will be waiting for you to reconnect up to the time you had left to finish your turn (1mn30s at the most). If you do not manage to reconnect before that time, it will be considered as a withdrawal and you will lose 5XP.
How can I change my deck’s cards?
In order to modify your deck, first go to the Deckmaker section: Menu ＞ Cards ＞ Deckmaker Home ＞ Deckmaker Once you are at your deck, tap the card you want to change, and tap the “Swap” button. Choose the card in your collection you want to add to your deck and tap the “add to deck” button. The new card will appear in your deck.
How can I save my deck?
In order to save your deck, first go to the Deckmaker: Menu ＞ Cards ＞ Deckmaker Home ＞ Deckmaker Once you built a new deck you want to save, choose a name for your deck and tap the “Save” button. You can save as many decks as you want. Later if you want to load a deck, choose it from your saved decks list and tap the “Load” button. The deck will be loaded and ready for your next match. If you want to delete a saved deck, just tap the 「ｘ」 that is shown on the top right of the saved deck you want to delete.
How can I earn experience points?
You can gain experience points by playing against the CPU or online players. By earning experience points you go up in grades.
XP gained in Find an opponent match: Victory: 5xp Draw: 3xp Defeat: 1xp Withdrawal: -5xp
XP gained in Challenges match: Victory: 1xp Draw: 0xp Defeat: 0xp Withrawal: 0xp
When you play a Versus Friend match, there is no gain or loss of experience points.
Why do I lose experience points?
When you play a Online match match, there is a penalty of 5 experience points if you withdraw the game. A withdrawal is either your time bar expired before you finished your turn or when you quit the game before the end of the 4 rounds.
How can I go up in the monthly and overall rankings?
The monthly and overall ranking do not depends on your experience points but on your Elo points. The amount of Elo points you earn in one game in decided by the difference of your opponent’s ranking and yours. More explanations about the Elo system can be found in the ranking section.

How can I get new cards for free?
When you start playing at Moonga, you own 5 cards. By creating an account, you will receive 2 more cards. Then by playing Online match or Challenge matches, you will be able to earn Copper Coins. These can be used in the Cartaam’s Market to buy new cards from other players.
You can earn Copper Coins by playing against online players in Online match; by playing in Challenge mode and try to win against computer; by earning experience points and going up in grades; by earning Elo points and going up in ranks (every month prizes are offered to the top players). You can also participate to tournaments and try you chance to win prizes.
What are the Silver Coins for?
You can buy Silver Coins in the Shop. These will allow you to buy boosters and then later goodies, skins, avatars, etc..
What are the Copper Coins for?
By playing against online players or computer, you will be able to earn Copper Coins. These can be used in the Cartaam’s Market in order to buy new cards from other players. You can earn Copper Coins by playing against online players; by playing in Challenge mode against computer, by earning experience points and going up in grades; by earning Elo points and going up in ranks (every month prizes are offered to the top players). You can also participate to tournaments and try you chance to win prizes.
How can I sell my cards?
You can sell your cards in the Cartaam’s Market. You are free to fix the price you want to sell your card. By selling cards, you will receive Copper Coins that will allow you to buy new cards on the Cartaam’s Market.
Can I change the price of a card I put on sale on the Cartaam’s market?
It is possible to change the price of the cards you put on the Cartaam’s Market. You just need to take them off from the market once and put them on sale one more time at the prize you desire.
Why I cannot sell a card at the Cartaam’s Market?
You need to have at least a minimum of 360 experience points to sell a card at the Cartam’s Market. If you have the requested experience, you will be able to sell your cards at the Cartaam’s Market and to fix the price you want to sell your cards. You can sell any cards except those you use in your deck with no more copies in your collection. If you want to sell a card from your deck, you will need to substitute it from your deck by another card before selling it.
A card I just put on sale on the Cartaam’s market is no more visible in my collection, is it normal?
If you sell a card you have in only 1 copy, it will disappear from your collection. If you want it back, just remove it from the Cartaam’s Market.
I lost my password, what can I do?
If you lost your password, go to the account section: Menu ＞ Profile ＞ Account Home ＞ Avatar ＞ Account Then you need to tap the “Forgot your password?” button and follow the instructions. An e-mail will be sent to you and you will be able to reset your password.
I erased Moonga from my iPhone, are all data lost?
All your data are stocked in Moonga’s servers. Even if the application is deleted, you just need to reinstall it and login. You will recover all your information.
Is it possible to have 2 Moonga accounts?
It is possible to create only 1 Moonga account per person, but you can play on different phones with that same account.
How can I change my personal information?
In order to change your information, you need to go to the account section: Menu ＞ Profile ＞ Account Home ＞ Avatar ＞ Account There you will be able to change any of your information, except your Moonga’s login. Then tap Save.
I found a bug in Moonga, how can I report it?
We do our best to make Moonga’s experience as fun as possible, however it happens that bugs escape us. If you found one, please report it to the Forum. There is a section dedicated to the reports of bugs. Moonga’s team will try to resolve it in a very short time.
